Opening an account

RB Casa prodoucts are available wholesale to those in the fine linens, home furnishing, decorative accessories, designers and hospitality industires. Retailers qualify for a Stocking Dealer account, Others qualify for a Non Stocking Dealer account.

Ordering Procedures

RB Casa does not require any minimum opening order. There are several ways to place an order:

Payment Terms & Credit Application

We accept prepaid checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For Net 30 terms, submit at least three trade references with your business banking information via fax, regular mail to our main office in Chicago or via email at: customerservice@errebicasa.com

 

Shipping Terms

Our standard lead time is 1 week for items in stock and 3 - 5 weeks for items that needs to go in production. For domestic ground delivery orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on dimensions, weight, shipping method and destination. For all credit card and prepaid check transactions, RB Casa will charge $15 for all orders under $300 and 10% shipping fee for all orders over $300. Drop-ship requests will be accomodated for an additional fee. When shipping directly to an address other than "bill to", RB casa will charge a $10 fee. For our customers that operate out of a residential address, RB Casa will charge a $5 Residential Fee ( signature upon delivery is required ).

Dropship

RB Casa can provide with Dropship deliveries for an upcharge of $10.

Return Policy

RB Casa accepts authorized returns of items in original condition within 10 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number (required for all returns) prior to returning merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns received after 10 days grace period. We do not accept returned products that have been damadged or used or show signs of wear and tear. Custom items are non returnable.
